Stay consistent and accountable with weekly sessions for 12 weeks, at your house!
Choose between 12 or 24 sessions, depending on your need for support.
You choose the frequency of your sessions; meet 1x / week (for 12 sessions total) or 2x / week (for 24 sessions total).
Track your progress for yourself with our daily and weekly trackers that we work through together throughout the program.
Get program-long access to our Postpartum: Repair series of online workouts and text message reminders, so you can stay focused in our time apart with mini workouts that you can fit into your day.
Get to your personal next level of fitness of strength and energy.
Solidify a new habit that your family is on board with, so that at the end of the course, you've trained your family that your 20-minutes to hour of self-care/exercise every day are yours.
Once you are done with the 12 weeks, you can choose to continue as we shift into higher intensity workouts, or jump back into the workouts you've been dreaming about since you had kids!
Finally be done with using your pregnancy as an excuse.
Start making goals with what you're going to do with your newly found energy.
Build balance into your schedule.
