This weekly Practice class will build on and work with the concepts from our Postpartum: Repair & Restore Workshop. Ideal for moms who want to focus on healing your core, diastasis recti (abdominal separation from pregnancy) and pelvic floor weakness.
(Note: You do not need to have completed the Workshop to attend this class, but the workshop is highly recommended to deepen your understanding of why these exercises work!)
We will rock out breathing, yoga and fitness conditioning designed to help you locate, re-align, strengthen and tone your core and pelvic floor.
This class will purely focus on mothers, but you are absolutely welcome to bring your baby!
In a format that is part workout, part workshop-style class, you’ll be learning as you’re moving.
You’ll walk away with effective practices, lifestyle/baby carrying tweaks that will support your repair and restoration. This practice is a must-have for every mom wanting to get back to exercising and feeling whole again.
