This core essentials class is designed to help you locate, re-align, strengthen and tone your core and pelvic floor, whether you are newly pregnant, full term, newly postpartum or years postpartum. Proper core training during pregnancy can help alleviate pregnancy pains and may prevent injuries like diastasis recti and pelvic floor issues, accelerate your postpartum recovery, and even create a healthier environment for your baby in utero. Postpartum core training is ideal for moms who want to focus on healing your core, diastasis recti (abdominal separation from pregnancy) and pelvic floor weakness. No prior experience is needed for this class. This class will purely focus on mothers, but you are absolutely welcome to bring your baby!
