Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is an excellent way to relieve stress and bodily discomforts that arise during pregnancy, as well as to prepare your mind and body for labor and the demanding period after birth. My classes offer a safe and nurturing environment in which the traditional vinyasa yoga flow is modified for the changing needs of the expectant mother. Maintain strength and flexibility, improve breathing and your ability to relax and feel supported by a wonderful community of expectant mothers.

This class is applicable for expectant moms at all stages of pregnancy, as well as for moms postpartum who just received clearance from their doctor to begin exercise and who want to ease back into their practice.
