When we are unsure of how things are going to turn out, we hesitate.

Hesitation can be the difference between deciding to run with your kids…or not, because you’re afraid you’ll pee. Or dancing at your cousin’s wedding…or not, because you doubt you can really dance without pain. Or going to the beach with your family and feeling confident…or not, because your body still doesn’t feel like your own after having kids.

And all of these have an effect on the way you live and enjoy your life…and how you DON’T.

Hesitation comes from 4 main factors: ⠀

1 – FEAR of what will happen ‘if’ you push yourself.⠀
2 – DOUBT that your body will be there for you when you need it. ⠀
3 – CONFIDENCE or lack thereof, because you’ve forgotten how awesome you really are and that YOU make the rules for yourself.⠀
4 – COMPLACENCY that how it is now is how it will always be. (aka – giving up)⠀
