I’m a mom of two, an experienced yoga teacher with specializations in prenatal and postnatal yoga and postpartum wellness. Why prenatal and postnatal yoga?
I was born in an era when mothers were heavily sedated for birth and postpartum care was non-existent. Today we have choices, and it’s my mission to give mothers the tools for an empowered birth and postpartum recovery.
In my own life yoga has been a vehicle of transformation, healing and growth. I’ve practiced yoga since 1999 and taught since 2007, enjoying two yoga-filled pregnancies along the way.
