Pelvic Floor Practice (16:43 minutes)

In this 17 minute practice video, you’ll practice contracting and releasing your pelvic floor in various positions, experience the pelvic floor and transverse abdominal connection, and then gently stretch out your hips to encourage the pelvic floor release.

No equipment needed for this practice.

Postpartum Yoga Flow Practice (10 Minutes)

In this 10 minute practice video, you’ll move through a whole-body gentle standing yoga practice. It will give you energy and let you practice your pelvic floor and abdominal canister activation!
Equipment you’ll need for this practice:
– A strap or long scarf
– A block or kid’s ball (optional)
