This week we’re jumping into squats and hip mobility!
Are you ready for squats? Here’s how you know:
Do you sit down in a chair? Do sit when you drive? Do you sit to go to the bathroom? Do you squat down with your kids on the floor? If you answered yes to any of these, you are ready to squat!
We squat hundreds of times per day, so it’s vitally important that our squat mechanics are 100%.
**NOTE: If you have prolapse, please proceed with extreme caution when doing squats. Not sure if you have prolapse? Watch this video.
