How This Exercise Tutorial Section Works

There is no anatomy module this week, so we’ll jump right into the core exercise tutorials and then into the full practice.

These exercise tutorials are listed in order from easiest to hardest, and should be done in order. Work through each of the exercises one at a time, only going as far as your body is ready.  You do not have to get through all of the exercises before progressing to the practice! Go as far as you can now, and then come back to the more advanced exercises later.

If you have any questions at all, email us directly or please reach out in the private group!
