Prepping for Birth after Trauma
12 Week Intensive At-Home Training
available in Essex, Morris & Union Counties in NJ
Are you ready to work deeply on repairing your core & pelvic floor, and restoring your energy?
Do you feel you need private attention?
No matter how far postpartum you are, we have the perfect plan for you.
Stay consistent and accountable with weekly sessions for 12 weeks, at your house!
Choose between 12 or 24 sessions, depending on your need for support.
You choose the frequency of your sessions; meet 1x / week (for 12 sessions total) or 2x / week (for 24 sessions total).
Track your progress for yourself with our daily and weekly trackers that we work through together throughout the program.
Get program-long access to our Postpartum: Repair series of online workouts and text message reminders, so you can stay focused in our time apart with mini workouts that you can fit into your day.
Get to your personal next level of fitness of strength and energy.
Solidify a new habit that your family is on board with, so that at the end of the course, you've trained your family that your 20-minutes to hour of self-care/exercise every day are yours.
Once you are done with the 12 weeks, you can choose to continue as we shift into higher intensity workouts, or jump back into the workouts you've been dreaming about since you had kids!
Finally be done with using your pregnancy as an excuse.
Start making goals with what you're going to do with your newly found energy.
Build balance into your schedule.
Drop the excuses that 'this is life' after becoming a mom.
Because acceptance is not a goal.
Who this program is for:
You are seriously committed to creating the strongest foundation possible for your body.
You're fed up with using your pregnancy (or kids!) as an excuse to not pay attention to your own health.
You are afraid of taking classes because you don't want to get hurt or make your ab separation & pelvic floor weakness worse.
You're no longer willing to give up invitations to go dancing, on hiking adventures with your family or jumping with your kid in a bouncy house because you're afraid of leaking or hurting the next day.
