What's in Store for Module 2:

In this module we’re getting deeper into the movement practice! We’re going to:

  • dissect the abdominal canister breath that you learned briefly in the prep week
  • go deeper into the work of the pelvic floor, diaphragm and core
  • start a meditation practice

First, let’s jump into the assessment to set a baseline for your starting point.

Your Module 2 Assessment

As mothers, we critique ourselves more harshly than anyone else, particularly when it comes to our bodies.

**In taking this assessment, you are simply establishing a baseline to track your progress across the course. There are no right or wrong answers, and you cannot fail this assessment.**

If you don’t know how to do something in this list, there is no judgement, just mark “no”.

In a few weeks, you will assess again and we bet you’ll have completely different answers!
