STRONG & CALM PREGNANCY TRAINING

Birth is like a marathon. It takes months of training to get your body ready!

Whether you're looking for private personal training or prenatal yoga (or a combo of both!), this 12- or 24-week movement-focused program will prep you like no other.

PREGNANCY TROUBLESHOOTING SESSION

Experiencing pain in your pregnancy or trying to turn a breech baby?

  • Get a personalized routine to target comfort and optimal fetal position.

  • This program combines a unique blend of coaching, movement training and online support over three weeks or less.

PREPARING FOR BIRTH AFTER CHALLENGE OR TRAUMA

Facing birth again after a prior disappointing or traumatic birth or other traumatic experience can bring up a lot of unresolved feelings.

  • This program will help you take the reins. Establish safety in your body, transform your past experience into strength, and prepare anew for your best birth.

BIRTH & RECOVER 

WITH CONFIDENCE: FULL SUPPORT

Building your knowledge about birth and your INNER strength for birth and beyond is the key to an empowered experience. Over 1, 3 or 6 months, we will meet weekly for yoga, meditation and discussion for your stage of pregnancy and birth planning. We also develop and work your plan for postpartum recovery.

PRIVATE PARTNER BIRTH PREPARATION

(IN-HOME)

Ready to shed the uncertainty around "what will my partner do?" 

  • Practice essential massage techniques, relaxation strategies, labor positions. 

  • Learn practical tips to stay strong, calm and connected during each stage of labor. Prior childbirth education not required.

POSTPARTUM: CORE & PELVIC FLOOR RECOVERY

Are you ready to work deeply on repairing your core & pelvic floor, and restoring your energy? Do you feel you need private attention?

  • No matter how far postpartum you are, this 12-week intensive training program will increase your strength for the demands of motherhood.

POSTPARTUM: RESILIENCE AFTER TRAUMA

Navigating day-to-day life as a mother after a traumatic experience of any kind can feel overwhelming and isolating.

  • Receive a personalized practice for mental, emotional and spiritual growth rooted in the ancient practice of Ashtanga yoga, meditation and philosophy study.

  • 3-month minimum study.

POSTPARTUM TROUBLESHOOTING SESSIONS

Experiencing pain in your body that's sapping your energy or keeping you from working out?

  • Get a personalized routine to target proper alignment, muscle engagement, and joint mobility.

  • This program combines a unique blend of coaching, movement training and online support over three weeks.
