About the Class
This class is perfect for any mom with diastasis recti (ab separation), pelvic floor issues, or if you want to finally get back to your workouts with confidence! The series is taught in a workshop style format so you're re-engaging your muscles + getting tips about how to integrate this work into your busy mom life and most importantly, understanding your own recovery. You'll get posture tips, ways to pick up your kids and push strollers over bumpy streets in a way that actually helps your recovery AND learn exactly what to look for as you're increasing intensity in your workouts (because increasing intensity is the ultimate goal). If you can't make the exact class time, not to worry. Join us and you'll get the recordings of the class to do again over the following week (score one for virtual classes!). We're also including weekly exercise sheets and trackers to help you stay accountable when we're not in class...because...mom life.
