UNDERSTANDING YOUR PELVIC FLOOR & CORE QUIZ RESULTS

You are in:

Phase 2: Experimenting

phase checkmarks_edited.png

Experimenting, a great place to be on your postpartum recovery journey! At this stage, your muscles may be starting to activate, but they’re not fully working together as a coordinated system yet. Movements might feel a little clunky, but your awareness of your core and pelvic floor is improving, which is a huge step forward.

What You’ll Learn in Phase 2

  • Simplify Your Routine: This phase isn’t about trying “all the things.” Instead, it’s about focusing on what works best for your recovery and dropping unnecessary extras.

  • Break Compensations: Your muscles might be compensating to get through the day, but over time, this can lead to strain or injury. We’ll help you build strength the right way.

  • Rediscover Confidence in Movement: Avoid getting stuck in patterns like avoiding activities or only doing the minimum to feel “okay.” Now’s the time to start resolving issues fully.
