Service Description
This evening practice is ideal for both pregnancy and postpartum folks who are eager to balance all the “doing” with dedicated time for “being” - to slow down and calm naturally. Gently flowing movements, supported postures with longer holds, and a warm candlelight vibe will allow the body to reset fully. Restorative and gentle yoga practices are known for their ability to support increased levels of melatonin (calming effect, contentment and improved mood), serotonin (euphoric feelings of love), and endorphins that are pleasure-inducing and pain blocking. Nurturing modifications and accessible variations will be lovingly provided so you leave class feeling whole, feeling complete. All levels. Blocks, bolster and blanket encouraged for Livestream participants.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/Reschedule/Refunds: Space for in-person classes is limited. No-shows and no-cancels limit other members from participating in classes. - REFUNDS. We do not offer refunds on any class purchases, including single classes, class packs, memberships or workshops. Class packs cannot be extended or frozen. Refunds are made in the form of studio credit only. - RESCHEDULE. If you need to reschedule your booking or to switch from In-person to Livestream, visit the “My Bookings” section of your account on www.devotedmamas.com. Here you can manage all aspects of your bookings. - CANCELLATION. We ask that you are mindful of our community members who are wait listed to practice in person. Please cancel at the minimum of 3 hours prior to start time to avoid losing your class purchased. Late Cancellation is when you cancel a class within 3 hours of class start time. Any class pack or single class purchase will be forfeited if you do not cancel prior to 3 hours before the start of class. You will not be charged any additional fees. We cannot make individual exceptions. - ABSENT NO SHOW / NO CANCEL. If you don’t show up for a booked class and you don’t cancel, it will automatically count as a used class. If you are on an unlimited monthly membership and are absent/have not cancelled your class, a no-show fee of $15 will be charged to your card on file. - MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION. To cancel a monthly unlimited subscription, you may do so in the My Subscriptions area of your account. Membership auto-pays must be paid in full to keep the account in good standing, failure to do so will place your account on hold. - All fees and schedules are subject to change without notice.
