We all seem to get the notorious “mom butt” postpartum. And it’s really a thing – our posture shifts during pregnancy and our tailbones tuck from compensation for muscle weakness and voila…flat mom butt. Eek!

As moms we pick things up all day every day – scattered toys, bulky laundry, heavy kids – and probably bend over hundreds of times each day. The awesome news is that every single time you bend over is an opportunity to build back up those great glute muscles and get rid of that mom butt!
