1 – Alignment – your posture!
The alignment of your ribs over your hips is super important as you start to activate your core and pelvic floor. Your muscles depend on your bones being in the right alignment to be able to connect (and contract!) well. If you’re out of alignment, your muscles have to work twice as hard to get into the best position where they can WORK!
2 – Breathing with proper alignment
Once you have your alignment set up well, we focus on deepening your breath and coordinating your pelvic floor, core and breathing to work together.
3 – Muscle engagement through movement
Once we can engage the muscles, can we start to add movement on top of it and start to challenge our muscles to work under added pressure?
4 – Energetic body connection
Energetic restoration is key to making your postpartum repair plan come to life. Without energy and mental focus, your repair journey could be a lot more challenging. But it doesn’t have to be! Add in meditation, daily walks and quiet time to create space for yourself.
